6 Days of Truffles ! 2023 is sold out ! Now booking for 2024 ! 

The Black Truffles of our region are one of the most sublime ingredients in all of gastronomy ! Join us for a 6 day Truffle adventure in the middle of Truffle Season ( February/March 2024 ).

In February/March 2024 join us for a truffle experience in the Quercy ! We will be eating lots of truffles, touring historical sites as well as experiencing great restaurants ! Truffle season is a special time of year so don't miss out.

For 2024 the dates are March 1st  - March 6 , leave March 7th

Itinerary

Sample itinerary for your truffle extravaganza :

Day 1: Arrive Toulouse Airport / transfer to Haut Baran at 2:30pm/ relax and enjoy a welcoming dinner at Haut Baran.

Day 2: Breakfast / trip to the famous Sarlat farmers market - try a truffle omelet for lunch / dinner with truffles out ( own exp ).

Day 3: Breakfast / day to explore region / dinner at local restaurant ( own exp ). 

Day 4: Breakfast / truffle cooking class with Chef ( included ) ! / light dinner at Haut Baran.

Day 5: Breakfast / truffle brunch ( truffle brunch is included ! ) / truffle hunt  !

On Day 7 everyone will be transfered to Toulouse airport for your connecting flight . We leave Haut Baran at 6:00am, arriving Toulouse airport at 8:00am, in time for connecting flights starting at 10:00am.

What is included with your 6 day truffle experience :

• Practical hands on experience cooking with Chef 
• All cooking ingredients + equipment
• Six nights accommodations at the beautiful Haut Baran ( double occupancy)
