The Black Truffles of our region are one of the most sublime ingredients in all of gastronomy ! Join us for a 6 day Truffle adventure in the middle of Truffle Season ( February ). Includes a Michelin Star Truffle Brunch !
In February 2025 join us for a truffle experience in the Quercy ! We will be eating lots of truffles, touring historical sites as well as experiencing great restaurants ! Truffle season is a special time of year so don't miss out.
For 2025 the dates are Feb 20-25, leave 26th. 
Itinerary
Sample itinerary for your truffle extravaganza : This is a sample itinerary - the specific days for each event may change.
Day 1: Arrive Toulouse Airport / transfer to Haut Baran at 2:30pm/ relax and enjoy a welcoming dinner at Haut Baran.
Day 2: Breakfast / trip to the famous Sarlat farmers market - try a truffle omelet for lunch / dinner with truffles out.
Day 3: Breakfast / day to explore region - lunch out / dinner at local restaurant featuring truffles.
Day 4: Breakfast / wine tasting with a truffle lunch (included) / Dinner out at local restaurant with truffles.
Day 5: Breakfast / Truffle brunch at Michelin Star Resaurant ! ( truffle brunch is included ! ) / truffle hunt.
Day 6: Breakfast / off to explore our beautiful local area - lunch out / Farewell dinner at Haut Baran.
Day 7: Coffee and Madeleines then off to Toulouse Airport at 6:00am.
On Day 7 everyone will be transfered to Toulouse airport . We leave Haut Baran at 6:00am, arriving Toulouse airport at 8:00am, in time for connecting flights starting at 10:00am.
What is included with your 6 day truffle experience : 3300 USD per person.
- Six nights accommodations at the beautiful Haut Baran ( double occupancy).
- All transfers to/from Toulouse Airport, to/from tour sites and restaurants.
- Two dinners at Haut Baran ( Welcoming and Farewell ).
- One Michelin Star Brunch and one winetasting lunch at one of our local wineries.
- All entry fees.
